After you click the link to log in, click Reset Password, enter in your Username (Access ID – it stayed the same) then it will prompt you for a new password.
Passwords will need to be reset by clicking “Forgot Password”.

At least 1 upper case, 1 numeric, 1 special character
Special characters can only contain @_#$%&*
For initial login, it will send you a One-Time Passcode (OTP) to the email address your enrolled with. If you do not get your OTP, please us at 877-303-3111. Once logged in, you will need to accept the disclosures.
