On September 22, 2025, we’re making changes to bring back the digital banking experience you've counted on. To do that, we will be launching an enhanced online banking platform and mobile banking app!

We are unable to convert any bill pay information such as payees, history, recurring payments etc. Once we are online with the new system, you will need to add this information back.

Any recurring bill pay set for a date after September 10, 2025 will not process. 

Any scheduled bill pay set for a date after September 10, 2025 will not process.

Visit our main website at https://pilgrimbank.bank to log into our NEW digital banking as normal.

Password Reset

you’ll be prompted to reset your password. Once this is completed, you’ll be directed to our new digital banking system. The password requirements will be displayed on the screen for your ease of creating a new password. 

User Name/Access ID

Will remain the same, however, it will be CASE SENSTIVE. ALL user names will be converting using lower case letters. (Example: if your user name is CHANGE2025 and you normally key it in as all capital letters, at conversion, it will be change2025 in all lowercase letters. 

Telephone Banking will not change and is available at 888-805-3129; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Call during this time for your account balance and transactions that have posted.

  • MySpending – Personal Financial Management (Includes Account Aggregation of Outside Accounts)

  • My Credit Score powered by SavvyMoney – you can check your credit score directly within your digital banking or mobile banking application.

  • External Account Transfer – easy setup with Instant Account Verification

  • Commercial Mobile Banking Apps – enhanced features for ACH and Wire Transfer

    *Must be approved for ACH and Wire abilities

  • Commercial Mobile Check – ability to deposit up to 50 checks in a single deposit

  • Consumer Auto Enrollment/Account Add

Statement History – Will still be there when you log in to the reimagined digital banking platform on September 22, 2025.

Bookkeeping Programs (Quicken, QuickBooks, etc.) – These services will be available for web connect once we launch the reimagined digital banking platform.

  • Enhanced Digital Customer Support – including instant chat  

  • Zelle® Person-to-Person Payments (P2P) – available on both digital banking and mobile banking platforms, or through the Zelle® app.

On September 22, 2025, click the app store below to download the new mobile banking app from the store of your choice. Please delete the current app first.
